Responsibilities
We are seeking a Networks Configuration Manager to support our network engineering team on-site in Washington, DC.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Configuration management planning. Describing provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits.
- Identifying and maintaining the original configuration of requirements documentation, designing documentation, software, and related documentation.
- Configuration change control. Regulating the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.
- Configuration status accounting. Tracking all problems and changes in product documents and software and reports changes and current configuration.
- Configuration audits. Supporting audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met by the as-built software. Supporting software quality assurance process audits.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Minimum BS degree with 8-10 years of experience, or MS with 6-8, or a PhD with 3-5. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Requires at least five (5) years of experience in the above-cited duties (additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree).
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics.

Range for Posting
Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid: $115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
