The Air Force IT Enterprise Modernization program improves management operations and ensures security compliance for the Air Force. We are seeking a talented professional to serve as the Program Planning Analyst.
The Program Planning Analyst performs a variety of activities in support of the Program Manager for multiple workstreams. They oversee the management of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, Risk and Issues, and SharePoint and provide support to the Program Leads. The Program Planning Analyst will interact with all the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on the program and the Air Force customer. In addition, they will serve as a backup to the Master Scheduler.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the program CDRLs, and the Decisions, Actions, Issues and Risks (DAIR)
- Administer the program SharePoint
- Support the Logistics Coordinator, Asset Manager and Security Manager
- Provide status updates to the Program Manger and the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO)
- Document and review meeting notes
- Submit updates to the Master Scheduler; Serve as the backup to the Master Scheduler
- Liaise with internal and Air Force Contracts and PMO
- Supports the Subcontractor management process with the Program Manager and Subcontracts Manager
Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience providing IT project or program support
- Bachelor’s degree OR 8-10 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Analyst
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- SharePoint Administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience supporting DoD projects or programs is a plus
- PMP Certification preferred but not required

This position can be performed remotely however, preferred locations are:
- Hanscom AFB, MA
- Peterson AFB, MA

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid: $115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
