Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a senior Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will serve as the quality advisor for all aspects of program work performed. The Quality Manager shall provide support in mission applications quality planning and strategy by focusing on functional applications capabilities, maturity, and quality. The Quality Manager shall understand customer needs, services and core missions and match them with best-in-class software quality practices to define a north-star target state. The Quality Manager shall help to define prioritization and sequencing of the applications migration and integration by proposing a quality process and roadmap that leads to the target state. The Quality Manager shall lead key discussions around quality programs and processes from both business and technical perspectives.
The Quality Manager will support and advise on all quality activities across the contract, mentor staff, and work with senior technical leaders on driving continuous improvement and innovation into overall operations. The Quality Manager will work with Government leadership and industry partners to help identify and drive best practice solutions resulting in overall improved performance and cost reductions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelors degree and 10-12 years' experience, Masters degree and 8-10 years' experience, or Phd and 5-7 years experience
- Must posses an active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Must have excellent working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- Must be experienced with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state and local regulations
- Must have experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Must be certified in Six Sigma Black or Green
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience with Federal data privacy, risk management, and compliance requirements
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification

Target Salary Range
