Peraton seeks a Cybersecurity SME to support the US Army Operations Group (AOG) as the FOUNDRY Senior-level ISSO. Location: Hunter Army Airfield, GA.
The FOUNDRY Program is a critical enabler to Army global readiness, providing Commanders necessary resources to enhance the training of MI Soldiers and Civilians supporting operations at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels by providing access to the intelligence enterprise as they train.
Duties include:
* ATO package development/review and workflow as the assigned ISSO in eMASS
* ConMon and audit corrective actions
* A&A/ATO package artifact preparation and review
* Prepare and review SSPs
* Provides assessment and authorization (A&A) support.
* Ensures artifacts are properly maintained in eMASS and tracked to ensure timely management and implementation of updates.
* Assist system development teams to prepare required RMF authorization artifacts as directed by the engineers and ISSM throughout the System Engineering Lifecycle process
* Assist System Owners to achieve Action & Milestones (POAM), update POAM status reports, and track and remediate security vulnerabilities.
* Contributes to routine reports on ATO status and system cybersecurity compliance.
* Provide weekly update and coordination meetings to senior government managers (GG14 and GG15)
* Conduct Quarterly STIG Compliance Reviews
Required Qualifications:
* BS 12-15, MS 10-13. Phd 10 Will consider: HS and a minimum 16 years experience in lieu of degree.
* DoD 8570 IAM Level II
* Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI Polygraph if asked.
* Strong and current eMASS skills as an ISSO
* Proven experience as an ISSO for major systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise preparing Security Test and Evaluation plans
- Has provided certification and accreditation support
- Experience developing security plans and contingency plans
- Familiar with developing, testing, and integrating security tools as well as configuring and installing the tools
- Skilled in conducting security audits and developing mitigations to identified risks
- Has conducted vulnerability assessments

Salary : $146,000 - $234,000
