Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of tasks performed under contract and is the primary POC for contract issues. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that practical and effective systems are developed to meet the contract requirements and shall be the primary point of contact to the Government program manager and work in close collaboration with the COR and ACOR for contractual changes.
The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work performed resulting in process improvements that result in cost effectiveness and savings for the Government. The Program Manager shall provide oversight for financial, contractual, project management, technical and security actions on behalf of the Contractor.
- Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
- Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
- Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
The Program Management group, consisting of the Program Manager and Contractor designated personnel, are ultimately responsible for all programmatic and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Demonstrated experience in designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining large infrastructures and systems with a global footprint as well as in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services
- Minimum of 12 years in project management experience and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT business process engineering.
- Possess knowledge and experience with software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- The PM must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.

Target Salary Range
$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Salary : $176,000 - $282,000
