Cyber Systems - Sharepoint Developer

USMC Hybrid Cloud Systems (HCS) Enterprise Information Services (EIS)

Must have active/current (fully adjudiated) DoD Secret clearance. IATII Certification required.

This position will be based out of Kansas City, MO - and individual must living within a commutable distance.

• Responsible for development of Sharepoint/Sharepoint Online (SPO) capabilities supporting the cybersecurity and operations of the Sharepoint On-Prem and SPO environment.
• Responsible to EIS Government lead and directly working for the EIS Working Team Lead/Project
• Planner and the Lead Developer in executing development work supporting the USMC enterprise Sharepoint/SPO capabilities.
• Coordinates activities with Sharepoint/SPO Architects to ensure successful integration and cybersecurity of developed capabilities for operation of the Sharepoint/SPO environment.
• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, maintenance, configuration, and sustainment of the EIS applications and systems.
• Conducts development activities and supports resolution of issues including investigation and diagnosis, workaround enactment, root cause analysis and resolution for all incidents and problems.
• Supports development and reporting on application performance.
• Duties include dvelopment using organic Sharepoint and Sharepoint Online capabilities including associated and supporting infrastructure including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (to include associated Power Platform components such as DataVerse).
• Provide support for USMC Enterprise App Store and App Catalog for SharePoint Framework Toolchain (SPFx) solutions, PnP Powershell, HTML, Visual Studio, Java Script internal and external to the enterprise.
• Candidate must be an IAT II level contractor and possess general knowledge pertaining to multiple technical disciplines (Networking, Storage, OS, Virtualization, etc.), Windows Administration, knowledge of datacenter virtualization systems and database operations, and fundamental understanding of ITIL Processes necessary to execute Sharepoint/SPO development efforts.
• Requires specific knowledge and senior-level experience with SharePoint/SPO Enterprise configuration and management, Enterprise ITSM queue operations, experience with the configuration of Sharepoint/SPO monitoring and management solutions.
• Requires senior-level knowledge and experience developing capabilities for Sharepoint on-Prem and Sharepoint online environment and ability to prioritize and plan work independently.
• Supports customer communication for development efforts and cooperatively works with all other developers on operation, security and sustainability of the environment.
• Supports cybersecurity requirements to obtain approval to operate and authorization to use Sharepoint/SPO development platforms and developed capabilities.

• HS 16 Years, BA/BA 10 Years, or MA/MS 8 Years
• US Citizen, US SECRET clearance, IAT II certification required
• Requires specific knowledge and senior-level experience with SharePoint/SPO Enterprise configuration and management,
• Experience with the configuration of Sharepoint/SPO monitoring and management solutions.
• Requires senior-level knowledge and experience developing capabilities for Sharepoint on-Prem and Sharepoint online environment and ability to prioritize and plan work independently.
• Requires experience and training in developing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (to include associated Power Platform components such as DataVerse).
• Requires experience in supporting USMC Enterprise App Store and App Catalog for SharePoint Framework Toolchain (SPFx) solutions, PnP Powershell, HTML, Visual Studio, Java Script.
• Experience with Enterprise BMC Remedy ITSM solution or equivalent
• Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
