Responsibilities
Seeking a candidate who has worked in large enterprise-wide environment, preferably having worked with the Federal Government, Military or State and Local government.
This position is for a software developer to support a large .NET application. Candidates shall possess experience with biographic matching and identity resolution, vetting analysis and watchlist encounter analysis.
- The candidate should be experienced in query development and reporting, user interface design and development, mobile application development, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps, and Test automation.
- The position requires experience and knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Telerik DevCraft, JetBrains ReSharper, GitLab/Mattermost and SQL Server.
- The candidate will engage with diverse stakeholder groups and collaborating with system users to discover requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Qualifications
Requires 0 to 2 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years no degree.
Key Responsibilities and Minimum skills and qualifications:
- United States Citizenship required
- Secret clearance required
- Minimum one (1) years of experience on complex technical projects, including work on highly available, national security systems.
- Subject matter expertise in the following areas:
- Biographic matching and identity resolution
- Vetting analysis and watchlist encounter analysis
- Analysis of trends and patterns, query development and reporting
- User interface design and development
- Mobile application development
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps - Test automation
- Hands-on, working knowledge of the following products:
- .Net Framework
- Aspose .NET
- Telerik DevCraft
- JetBrains ReSharper
- SQL Server
- GitLab/Mattermost
- Experience with engaging diverse stakeholder groups and collaborating with system users to elicit requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation
