Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing project and administrative activities within the Design and Preconstruction Services departments to facilitate the execution of construction projects.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on task.
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings with municipalities to obtain necessary project entitlements.
- Serving as the primary contact for contracts and responsible for their administration.
- Preparing and maintaining Project Requirements and Basis of Design documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Construction program.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the design and/or construction field.
- Traveling to different retail locations as required.
- Knowledge and experience working in commercial and residential construction, including methods of project delivery.
- Proficient in computer scheduling software, AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Publisher.
