Summary
To provide clerical and operations support for the Vincennes, IN Grain Facility

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain files, invoices, directives, and records
- Maintain grain contracts in appropriate automated systems
- Updates customer, vendor, and sub-contractor files
- Performs data entry for grain transactions
- Performs data entry for scale tickets
- Perform other functions as assigned by supervisor
- Inspect and test grain for all factors per requirements and procedures
- Provide weighing of inbound and outbound grain shipments per requirements and procedures
Minimum Education
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years clerical experience
- Understanding of standard software applications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong math and communication skills
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Normal climate controlled office environment
- Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment
- Able to move freely throughout the facility
