We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Maintenance Director.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all maintenance department staff to include housekeeping according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures
- Operate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)
- Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approval
Maintenance Director Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education (GED) required
- Three to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Director preferred
