Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously and investigate and understand project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations.
• Oversee and supervise all production teams from start to finish - prep, pre-production, shoot and post production.
• Responsible for overall satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion if deliverables across a large portfolio of accounts.
• Oversee the creation of project scopes, budgets, and SOWs for large programs of work, and review and approve the same for your team.
• Consistently understanding the current state of all projects and what needs to happen next.
• Think outside of the box regularly to find effective solutions to bring the work to life.
• Understand overages and changes to shoot details, and be able to explain that to all parties.
• Be able to manage all back-end work such as cost tracking, actuals and management of invoices and POs.
• Handle production-related conversations, issues and solutions with clients with ease and professionalism.
• Manage and cultivate creative partner and vendor relationships, as a representative of Pereira O’Dells vision and values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A master-multitasker and clear communicator
• Able to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Minimum of 5-7 years integrated agency experience
• Integrated content experience that includes broadcast, film, social platforms, still / print, digital, experiential / activations
• Experience delivering multiple assets and commercial packages on time
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
• Excellent negotiation skills (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and vendors
• Resourceful, especially when it comes to choosing production partners (i.e. Production Houses, Editorial, Visual Effects and Audio and Casting Facilities)
• History of singularly leading and managing multiple projects
• Preference for candidates who are based in Los Angeles or San Francisco

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000-$140,000. The salary an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors such as but not limited to: internal compensation of current employees in similar roles, market considerations, budgetary considerations, level of responsibility, background, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus structure.
