Description
Perfect Apparel, LLC is a family-owned screen-printing, embroidery, and promotional products company with a niche in Divine 9 Greek apparel and accessories. Perfect Apparel is growing and we have an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
The Role Defined
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis and be the first point of contact for customer consultations. The person in this role will work directly with the President and assist her in all customer focused day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer experience is outstanding
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, and ensuring follow up on all customer issues
- Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, returns, credit and claims
- Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
- Responding to and sending emails to customers regarding current and future orders
- Lead customer consultations for business and personal orders
- Take custom orders from customers and input them into ordering system
- Process payments from customers using various collection methods (website invoicing, general invoicing, in-store checkouts, etc.)
- Educate customers on company offerings, processing times, artwork requirements, and business hours to maximize customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
- Update product inventory
- Participate in process improvement projects and support other Management directives
Skills
- Applicant must be reliable and have the means to get to work daily and on-time.
- Applicant must be able to work the core hours of 9:30AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, label printers, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of Divine 9 Fraternities and Sororities is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
