Office Assistant
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Transcribe notes and correspondence accurately
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to order parts for collision and mechanical jobs
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with CCC One estimating systems is a bonus
