Job Description
Position
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality physical therapy to patients. You will be responsible for the delivery of care in accordance with the organization’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy to patients in accordance with the organization’s mission and values
- Develop, implement, and evaluate effective treatment plans for patients to achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in patient care team meetings to review patient progress and report on patient care needs
- Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings on physical therapy care plans
- Complete required documentation for patients and maintain patient files according to HIPPA regulations
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as needed to keep up with new technology and updates on new technologies
- Be a team player, willing to learn new skills, take direction, and work collaboratively with others in the organization
- Be willing to work long hours as needed to ensure coverage of all areas of patient care
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. A Doctor of Physical Therapy is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Current CPR certification required (or able to obtain within first 30 days of employment)

Salary: $73 per hour
