What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Project Coordinator position at Perfecta?

Perfecta is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support system deployments and ensure that procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary
- Prepare plans, reports, briefs, training material, and other project documentation
- Develop a deep understanding of Perfecta’s products to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
- Assist with the planning of customer-facing services, features, and capabilities
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues
- Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Provide accurate and regular written reports and briefings to executive and senior level leadership, both internal and external
- Responsible for project planning and execution, overall project performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- At least 1 years of experience as a project or program manager in a technical field, including direct experience with the Federal government customer, is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Strong project management abilities
- Strict attention to detail and proven collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills with an eye for continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of IT operations and processes for deploying and maintaining software systems
- In-depth knowledge of incident management, escalation procedures, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- Experience with a range of technology tools and systems
- Experience with MS Project and Visio
Additional Requirements:
- Active security clearance preferred
