ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintains all updates for the company catalog (all formats) and delivers them to our customers. Responsible for Catalog Data Management environment - maintains application and product data for all product lines while directing the data migration to a new Cloud-based environment. Responsible for maintaining catalog updated with part numbers and pictures. Monthly reconciliation of Vehicle Table Revisions for new VCDB releases. Maintain synchronization with Vertical Development Programs on websites. Organize regular uploads and maintain Tech Support data on the Clutch Tech Support website (clutchtechsupport.com). Provide directions to the Catalog Specialist to create, manage, and distribute all digital assets to our customers. Maintain competitor and OEM cross-reference data. Adds new parts to the catalog ensuring to follow through to include them in all applicable departments/systems (i.e. - inventory, warehouse, purchasing, etc.). Maintains historical and current cataloging product information files. Works with the Product Manager to establish new product considerations and ultimately additions. Compile and deliver data to ACES and PIES standard formats in the most recent version. Provide catalog support to the tech call center and product development group. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Excellent oral and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge and experience with ACES and PIES standard formats. Ability to work independently. Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Access. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Automotive parts and cataloging knowledge. Familiarity with e-cataloging programs such as Lasercat, Wrenchead, and OptiCat. TRAINING and EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in Computer or Technical discipline; focus on Automotive. Automotive industry experience is required with a focus on data management. Proven leadership and teambuilding skills required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. Will occasionally require walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching.
