We are seeking an experienced OR Circulator to join our team. As an OR Circulator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during surgical procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
```Duties```
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Assist the surgical team by providing sterile instruments and supplies during procedures
- Monitor the patient's vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room throughout the procedure
- Communicate with the surgical team to anticipate their needs and ensure a smooth flow of the operation
- Document all aspects of the procedure accurately and thoroughly
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as an OR Circulator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
