PCI is seeking a task-oriented Office Administrator to support our Seattle PAS 202 branch in Woodinville, WA. This individual's primary role is to function as a key member of the administrative team and to be responsible for accounts payable, new employee orientation, and contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Branch filing; both paper and electronic (job files).
- Assist in payroll process and accounts payable.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Process travel and expense requests.
- Assist in customer billing and collection of past due accounts.
- Assist in contract management: contracts, insurance, etc.
- Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.
- Respond to incoming callers with excellent customer service skills.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Basic Requirements:
- 1-5 years of office administration experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred.
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
- Local to the Woodinville area.
Salary: 60-65K
