If so, we'd like to talk with you! We are looking for an experienced service department manager or a high-line service consultant. Performance Development Solutions is growing; we are looking for experienced service professionals to assist our clients in process improvement and profitability.
You will be working with dealership service mangers to implement processes that focus on consistency, customer retention, sales, and profitability. Dealerships are located throughout Texas and the Midwest.
This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel in the Midwest. A typical work week starts on Monday morning at your home office updating dealership reports, preparing your expense report, and planning dealership visits. Travel out (drive or fly) to your first dealership Monday afternoon. Your first dealership contact is Tues.-Wed., concluding with a dealer and service manager meeting early Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday afternoon travel to your second dealership. Second dealership visit begins Thursday morning and concludes with dealer and service manager early Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon is travel home. All expenses are covered.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years new car dealership Service experience.
