Required Education:
High School Diploma and/or GED
Required Experience: 4-6 Years
Specify: Foodservice operations or related area with management experiencePreferred Qualifications

The Operations Director position will perform the following duties:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including transportation and meat room and provides daily support to the managers to ensure quality and budget performance.
- Conducts performance reviews and development plans with management staff.
- Monitors operating metrics, improving processes, procedures and performance.
- Develops and manages budgetary plans for warehouse, transportation and meat room.
- Review and prepare forecasting reports.
- Enforce company safety procedures which maximize the efficiency of the operations department to function at the highest level of productivity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
