Job Description
Position Summary
Plans, directs, communicates, and coordinates corporate marketing programs enhancing company value proposition. Facilitates the organization of corporate meetings Solves practical problems and deliver solutions that contribute to the ability of the business to grow. Deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Assists in prioritizing projects and programs based on contribution to immediate yet sustainable revenue enhancements. Interacts with marketing team, management, vendors and other associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Major Functional Responsibilities
- Assists with developing and executing short and long range marketing plans and programs to ensure the profit growth and adding value to stakeholder relationships.

Assists with establishing marketing goals to support organizational strategic plans and visions.

Reviews market analysis to determine business and market opportunities for key stakeholders and ensure supportive organizational growth and development.

Prepares marketing and marketing activity reports.

Plans and coordinates the organization's advertising and promotion activities including, but not limited to: print, electronic, and direct mail.

Communicates with outside advertising, marketing, and public relations agencies on ongoing projects and campaigns.

Represent PFS TWC in local trade organizations.

Partner with customers to create media content featuring the customer's utilization of PFS EB items in their menus.

Establish opportunities with local tv shows and radio shows to feature our Chefs in an effort to rebrand Performance Foodservice Twin Cities in the market.

Work with our team to create a monthly calendar of future Social Media posts that tie into Holidays and events we scheduled.

Assist with growing and helping to our new and current customers engage with our Social Media account.

Create (with the team) a Social Media training presentation and execute training for our customers regarding Social Media.

Visit our customers at their restaurant for one-on-one Social Media training.

Work with our Marketing Team and keep our sales force up to date on current trends in the Social Media world.

Work closely with the Marketing Team to help rebrand Performance Foodservice Twin Cities in the Twin Cities area.

Attend restaurant openings and foodie events around town representing and promoting Performance Foodservice Twin Cities as a brand ambassador.

Work extensively with our team to keep a consistent brand / message with all of our marketing materials.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 Years of Marketing or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates/2- year technical degree in Marketing or related field.
2-4 Years of Marketing experience within foodservice industry.
