Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel.
A few of the main duties of a front desk agent are greeting guests at the front desk, answering any questions, recommending activities and restaurants to guests, and answering any phone calls.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Proven experience in an administrative role. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of the building supply industry is a plus.
