Job Skills / Requirements
Essential duties cleaning, chemical safety and maintenance is beneficial. Must be comfortable working at heights. Employee can perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
Essential Functions
- Cleans windows using brushes, sponges, squeegees, and detergents; possesses knowledge of chemical safety and maintenance
- Use of ladders, cradles, and lifts to complete job requirements
- Maintain positive client relations by displaying professionalism
- Use timekeeping system, keys, and security codes
Description
- The Window Washer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and drying windows for client sites. Prior experience with lifts, scaffolding, window Restock and report any needed supplies and equipment repairs to the supervisor, along with any potential hazards
- Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning as specified by work orders
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Comfortable working at heights (up to and including high-rise), with reaching, bending, and have a good sense of balance and manual and physical dexterity
- Availability to work assigned hours and the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Precision and attention to detail
- MUST possess valid driver’s license, to ensure the ability to travel independently to respective job sites and drive company vehicles.
Work Environment
- The nature of the work is physical, requires uninhibited manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 60 pounds (occasionally).
- Work performed atop ladders, cradles, and lifts; will operate mechanical equipment.
Work is performed outdoors in a variety of conditions, may be exposed to extreme temperatures (0-90 degrees)
