We are searching for experienced customer facing Program Managers to grow our cadre of Customer Success Leaders. A Performance Customer Success Leader (CSL) is responsible for creating and maintaining an excellent customer experience coupled with the growth and overall financial performance of assigned accounts. A CSL creates “Raving Fans” realizing repeat and growing business, is our customer advocate building upon deep, long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders to gain intelligence on exactly what is going on (good and bad) and to drive action into Performance based on data driven, objective and balanced assessments. Creating raving fans is the first step in creating business growth. The CSL builds customer trust.
