Job
Responsibilities
· Facilities Manager in EL Paso, Texas.
· 6month assignment Monday to Friday 40h/week. No
overtime expected.
· Primary onsite in EL Paso with up to 30%
travelling.
· The role of Facilities Manager is to provide
leadership and managerial support at our El Paso (TX) location.
· Performs supplier governance oversight of
outsourced maintenance provider.
· Manage multidisciplinary teams in relation to
capital projects.
· Manage RFPs and completion of capital projects.
· Adheres to safety and security protocol at
various locations.
· Conducts regular service review meetings to
discuss performance and process improvements.
· Supports and implements carbon reduction
projects at all sites within area of responsibility.
· Supports and implements electrification projects
at all sites within area of responsibility.
· Collaborate with Real Estate and Strategic teams
to build out new buildings, construct additions, and deliver completed sites to
internal business partners.
