Part-time/Full-time MANAGEMENT
The successful candidate(s) will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in specialty retail sales. Being able to drive company metrics (KPI's) a must.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals of performance based metrics
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Processing shipments, reporting product issues, and controlling store losses
- Effective communicator with customers
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance (KPI's)
- Additional duties as needed by SM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
