Position Details

The Supply Chain Manager is a dynamic leader who helps drive success through innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills to optimize operational efficiency across the entirety of the supply chain process. The successful candidate must also demonstrate critical thinking, conflict management, negotiation, motivation, and personnel development, and possess excellent customer service skills.

The essential responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Oversees the supply chain team, encompassing responsibilities such as recruitment, training, mentorship, and performance assessment and management.
• Manages the procurement, receipt, distribution, and inventory management functions across the organization.
• Oversees periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) locations to ensure timely and sufficient stocking.
• Identifies, evaluates, and manages relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Solicits quotes for equipment and finalizes all details of the purchase.
• Assists department managers in preparing requests for capital purchases.

What You Offer

Required Education and experience:

• Post-secondary education in a healthcare or business-related field and prior supervisory experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Or, a combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the position as listed above.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, exempt
• Monday-Friday
