SUMMARY
The Centering Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and communication of the Centering Pregnancy program, including community outreach, program development, maintaining Centering accreditation, and adhering to service principles. This position will also be responsible for customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field. Bachelor's preferred.
- Two (2) years work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual and Medical Terminology experience preferred.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must complete CHI facilitators training within one-year of employment.
