Our client is a Miami-based SaaS solution provider in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector and we're seeking a a dynamic VP Technology / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their growing startup team. In this role, you will spearhead technological advancement and product innovation in the CRE financing sector.
Location: Miami (hybrid office policy)
The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of our software platform, ensuring it meets the needs of key stakeholders including external customers and vendors. Leading by example is crucial, with expectations to build a tech-savvy team while occasionally diving into the code layer.
Responsibilities
Candidates should possess a startup mindset, adapt quickly to changes, and have hands-on experience with
Laravel / PHP, Vue.js, and AWS. Experience with AI and ML integration is essential. Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in scaling high-traffic web applications, with expertise in cloud management, data storage, and predictive modeling. Familiarity with FinTech regulations and a strong foundation in UX/UI design are advantageous.
