Job Description
- Hands-on experience with providing technical support and functional consulting on Service Now/other ITSM tools.
Experience in leading a team of developers and consultants.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements for Service Now.
- Provide high level Design and technical solutions for Service Now Implementation.
- Strong leadership, relationship, communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and workflows in Service Now.
- Overall responsibility for the product implementation from experience, adoption, benefits and outcomes perspective.
- Experience on Service Now tool along with excellent communications , Business analysis , presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
- Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM tool set ( Incident, Change, Problem , configuration).
- Understand global, functional considerations and provide leadership and direction to Product opportunities and development.
- Perform work flow design, configuration and data loads for service now platform ( Service Now) applications.
- Understand the workflow engines.
- Service Now certified system Administrator or Certified Implementation specialist (ITSM).
- Design, plan, configure, test, document, and deploy new capabilities , modules and releases.
- Drive Service Improvement programs.
- Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards.
- Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Create prototypes for client engagements.
