In This Role YOU Will:

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans as well as allocate general and daily responsibilities to each crew member.

Resolve problems when they arise and communicate with customers before/during/after project completion.

Exhibit efficiency, consistency and attention to detail completing projects on a timely and cost effective basis.

Ensure crew remains compliant with both OSHA and Perma-Seal safety standards and protocol.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
-
Proven experience as construction/concrete lifting foreman.

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Good physical condition and stamina.
