Permabilt Industries, Inc. with its Town & Country Post Frame Buildings Division is the largest post frame building contractor in Western Washington. Since 1973, a specialization in design and construction of post and wood frame, steel-covered buildings have brought Town & Country to a level of quality and workmanship few can surpass. Town & Country has produced over 23,000 structures to date. This is a high volume, quality, and service-oriented position.

The Role

As the Project Manager you will handle proejcts in a precise timely manner. Tasks include building material lists from plans, ordering materials for approved structures, interaction with building crews, maintaining vendor relations, creating change orders, and working with customers to provide world class service to name a few. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple projects strictly from the office.

Job Requirements

This role requires knowledge of construction and the procedures that are involved in building. The ideal candidate must have an eagerness to learn our construction processes, have good attention to detail, be dependable, good customer service, He/She should be motivated and willing to be flexible while working on several different projects at the same time.
