Job Posting for Investor Relations Coordinator at Permian Resources
Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Investor Relations (“IR”) Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Director of IR, the IR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the IR Department with maintaining investor relationships, coordinating investor conferences, assisting with earnings calls, developing the annual reports and managing the website, among other duties.

- Manage the IR email inbox and phone line, including handling routine shareholder inquiries
- Log institutional investor and financial analyst interactions into BD Corporate database
- Maintain the Investor Relations marketing calendar, which summarizes planned investor engagement and executive leadership participation throughout the year
- Manage and coordinate the Company’s meetings with investors and research analysts
- Schedule / sign-up company and its participants for investor conferences
- Lead all aspects of conference requests – including logistics, management bios, presentations for speaking engagements, IT checks with management, etc.
- Contact and schedule quarterly calls with research analysts
- Schedule quarterly earnings webcasts and conference calls
- Contribute to the development of quarterly earnings and Board of Directors presentations
- Assist in gathering analysts’ consensus financial estimates
- Receive and fulfill requests for company Annual Reports or other printed materials
- Manage the Investor Information section of external company website, including the posting of events presentations and materials to be published
- Handle vendor relationships and prepare related departmental expenses (key vendors include NYSE, Q4, S&P Global, FactSet, etc.)
- Assist with administrative duties, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited University or College
- 3 years of related experience
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Ability to respect confidentiality of information
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
