- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in a continuous improvement role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
