As the FP&A Manager, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports and play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of PR Northern Europe. Why Choose Us? Your key responsibilities will include: Financial Planning & Reporting: Coordinate Group reporting and planning cycles (actuals, plan, budget, and estimates) for PR Northern Europe Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to PRISMA, following IFRS and Group Accounting Principles Monitor deviations and analyze business performance against targets, implementing a solid risk and opportunities process Develop and maintain management reports for PR Northern Europe Business Analysis: Track market performance and optimize resource allocation based on relevant KPIs Provide insightful analysis and support to management Monitor and control bottom-line costs for all PR Northern Europe markets Manage standard cost and transfer pricing processes Management and Leadership: Build and lead the FP&A team, ensuring high standards and timely delivery Foster relationships with Finance Business Partners to maintain close communication with markets Digital Transformation: Drive the evolution towards digital performance monitoring in PR Northern Europe, leveraging PowerBI Develop the digital skillset of the FP&A team, making them super users of PowerBI and Jedox within Northern Europe To excel in this role, we require: A university degree in Finance or a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Previous experience working with PowerBI is essential Having experience with ERP and Tagetik is a significant advantage.
