The salary range for this role, based in Arkansas is $67,200 to $92,400, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Position Summary: Manages daily activities of the facility Maintenance employees. Responsible for supporting the function of these teams by ensuring job plans and work schedules are completed. Required to provide direct supervision of the Maintenance employees including ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures. This position requires good technical, analytical, motivational and communication skills. Key Accountabilities Responsible for daily planning, scheduling, and time keeping of maintenance planners, mechanics, technicians, DIN (do it now) members, and crib attendant. Responsible for equipment inspections and condition monitoring, uptime, and specification and standardization. Oversees and evaluates all facility PM’s. Create, use, and maintain plant history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays. Assist in development of CAPEX and NTM package project budgets. Support project budget targets in relation to specification of equipment and change parts, evaluation of proposals, selection of contractors, and equipment, management of in-house resources, and financial tracking. Requirements Education: Preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field Experience/Background: Preferred - Three or more years’ experience as a plant maintenance supervisor in a suitable manufacturing industry environment. Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment in the maintenance of a modern production facility. Knowledge of industrial equipment such as conveyors, pumps, filtration systems, compressors, HVAC systems, WWT systems, material handling systems, etc. Knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate OSHA guidelines applicable to work assignments. Technical Functional Skills: Strong Electrical and Mechanical Background. Possess the ability to apply technical knowledge to determine equipment problems and appropriate solutions. Ability to perform mathematical computations involved in estimating and purchasing as well as the ability to maintain effective working relations with other personnel. Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from files, drawings, catalogs, reports and manuals.
