The salary for this role, based in New York is $70,200. Salary will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Position Summary Being a part of the Pernod Ricard Finance Academy will be an opportunity to grow and develop while flexing your analytical and entrepreneurial skills; you’ll be embedded in a fast moving and driven finance team, while participating in developmental experiences designed to drive your success. The Academy is designed to identify and develop future leaders within our organization. Our program consists of three assignments, usually around one-year depending on time of entry, via challenging analyst rotations throughout the Finance function; participants will receive one-on-one mentoring, hands-on training, and be a part of skill development programs. PRFA members gain the skills required to lead and manage critical business and financial initiatives throughout the Company. By the end of the rotational program, participants that have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership will have the opportunity to be placed into a role within the business based on their accomplishments as well as current business need. Program Highlights Cross-functional and cross-business rotational job assignments designed to accelerate the development of critical industry knowledge skills and experience Interaction with various teams such as sales, marketing, and revenue management across the business Day-to-day activities can include: performance analysis, key performance indicator (KPI) development support, profitability analysis, resource allocation and efficiency, gap analysis, and assisting in the preparation of reporting and presentations One-on-one mentoring with experienced internal leaders Challenging projects that foster innovative and creative thinking Exposure to senior level management Opportunities to participate in leadership development activities and networking events that foster our company culture of convivialité What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative field (i.e., Finance, Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, etc.) Prior internship and work experience highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
