Job Posting for Cleaning Technician at Perry's Pristine Clean
Perry's Pristine Clean is a rapidly growing cleaning company looking for dependable, professional, trustworthy and positive team members who will take pride in their work.
6 days per week. Monday-Friday evenings. Flexible Saturdays or Sundays.
Pay Rate: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize the client’s customized commercial cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established by Perry’s Pristine Clean. Tasks include but not limited to:
- High and low dusting.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, tables, desks, chairs, kitchen appliances, windows, etc.
- Sanitize sinks, counters, mirrors, toilets, urinals and partitions. Replenish soap and hand towels as needed.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop all flooring
- Empty trash and replace liners.
Skills and competencies:
- Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the client’s facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented – pays attention to details at each customer’s location, with extra attention to any special requests.
- Self starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must be able to handle physical workload
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
