Our high-end plastic surgery practice is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Practice Administrator ( PA ) to join our team! As Practice Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations and employee management of the practice. Your skill and expertise is crucial for our growth and success. 

The PA is an essential member of our senior management team, who reports only to the Surgeon / Practice Owner. In this position, you will manage and control diverse business operations and functions requiring you to be a hardworking and inspiring leader.

We have boutique practice that is highly successful and has seen consistent growth year after year. Our practice is extremely stable but needs leadership to move to the next level.

The PA will be the leader of our team including strategic hiring and oversight of all staff, the financial performance of the business, growth of new sales verticals, and general operations for the entire corporation.

Practice Administrator ( PA ): Job duties and responsibilities
·       Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures along with owner / CEO 
·       Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
·       Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
·       Oversee daily operations and the work of executives 
·       Lead employees with an example 
·       Be a motivator for other employees
·       Analyze and interpret data and metrics
·       Create reports for the management
·       Take the lead in expansion activities 
·       Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

Practice Administrator ( PA ) job requirements:
·       Previous working experience as COO for 5-8 years
·      Masters in Business Administration or similar relevant field preferred
·       In-depth knowledge of business functions including as HR, Finance, A/R, etc.
·       Hands on experience in strategic planning and business development
·       Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
·       Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure
·       Outstanding organizational and time management skills
·       Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
·       Great communication and presentation skills
·       Problem-solving mindset
