Pay Rate: $16/hr
Full time starting at 6am OT available
Overview:
Join our team as a dedicated Laborer and play a crucial role in our manufacturing facility. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks including fabrication, assembly line work, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and factory environments.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting fresh chili peppers, handling ingredients, 55- gal drum handling / washing,chili line operators and general cleaning.
- Fast pace environment, wet, spicy chili environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
- Support operations on the assembly line to meet production goals
- Utilize forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the manufacturing facility
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar laborer role within a manufacturing facility is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in warehouse or factory settings is advantageous
