Overview:
Join our fantastic team caring for the most wonderful children at Personal Pediatric Care! We are a prescribed pediatric extended care facility (PPEC) seeking an experienced Quality Care Manager. As a QCM, you will be responsible for ensuring that all standards of care for our children are being met and exceeded.

Duties:
- Daily supervision of Direct Care employees in a fast paced dynamic enviroment

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Assist in recruitment and hiring of Direct Care positions
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality care practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a healthcare or daycare setting
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
