Job Posting for Janitorial Manager at Personal Touch Cleaning and Maintenance
We are looking for an a hands-on leader who is can lead a team and to train employees on the job, supervise/oversee multiple job sites.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
Audit janitorial services provided by multi-site employees at through out area in the Inland Empire.
Comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance services, procedures, and safety.
Ensure all employees are following company protocols and procedures.
Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Resolve all customers issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Coach / motivate personnel to achieve overall customer satisfaction & exceed quality standards
Ability to move from one project to another and work remotely with minimal supervision.
Provide inspection reports on a daily basis.
Complete weekly payroll for all employees.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing and motivating their team.
Experience, Required Skills and Abilities:
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH)
CA DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership/managerial experience leading a team in an operational or related environment
Proficient in CRM database systems & Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
Knowledge of payroll
Hospitality experience or education a PLUS
Requires little supervision and able to meet deadlines
