What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at Personnel Partners, Inc.?
This opening is for a candidate with experience handling payrolls of at least 150-200 employees; using bonus or unique pay calculations. It's an 8-5 job with benefits, and starting pay will be set by our client based on the experience of the person chosen. The ideal candidate will have some HR experience as well, in order to spend any downtime from payroll helping with benefits, office supplies inventory, unemployment claims, or other administrative projects. You'll need to be pretty comfortable with Excel and to understand basic accounting concepts and payroll entries. This is a mid-sized operation, a great combination of chances for growth and small enough feel that you will know the owners and upper management and talk with them daily.
