We are looking for an Office person with experience in Bookkeeping to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that all office supplies and equipment are properly maintained. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of office management procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office.
  • Manage office staff, including hiring and training.
  • Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
