Good day Prospect,
Established local exterminating company with a great reputation is hiring for the position of Sales inspector. You will conduct various types of appointments to include pest control inspection leads, termite and moisture inspections, renewal inspections and repair inspections. We will train you on how to produce a minimum of 5 self-generated referrals a week to greatly increase your earning potential.
The duties include performing comprehensive structural inspections (including crawl space and floored attic spaces.) You will then present and close the sale, as well as perform consistent follow ups with active and prospective clients.
You must have a good driving record, an active Virginia driver’s license and a good criminal history. Living on the peninsula is a preferred as we are based out of Newport News.
The company will provide training based on your experience, a smart phone, company vehicle, all gas and maintenance is paid for by the company. We will also provide you with all the tools and PPE needed to conduct your services.
We offer a training salary of $600.00 per week until you are able to operate on your own, this time allotment will vary based on your experience. Once training is completed the base salary is $35,360.00 plus commission on your sales.
Sales Inspectors have access to uncapped earning potential.
This is not an entry level position but we will train the right person with the right skill set and drive.
