Overview
We are currently looking for experienced groomers who have a love of animals, have great customer service skills, and want to join our team.
Groomer key responsibilities include:
- Delighting neighbors and pets with grooming services, like brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
- Grooming and styling pets per owners’ instruction and/or according to breed standards.
- Always ensuring the wellness and safety of furry patrons.
- Developing long-term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products and services that will keep their pet healthy and happy.
- Community outreach to attract new neighbors into our store.
- Successfully completing Safety Training certification.
- Performing routine cleaning to keep the grooming environment fun and inviting.
PAWsome Groomer candidates will have:
- A High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends.
- Candidates must pass the drug screening, be at least18 years or older.
- Willing to submit to background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
