FRESHMEN VARSITY VOLLEYBALL COACH

WORK SITE: Casa Grande High School

WORK HOURS: Varied, not to exceed 25 hours per week

START DATE: Fall Sports Season (2024-2025 School Year)

STARTING SALARY: $1,596 per season - Salary is paid for duration of the season.

REQUIREMENTS: Fingerprint Clearance. There is a fingerprint processing fee payable by the employer post-offer / pre-placement. Tuberculosis. The applicant will need to submit evidence that he or she is free from tuberculosis in accordance with Education Code 49406 post-offer / pre-placement. Coaches must obtain the following clearances: Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate, CIF Coaches Training course, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Protocol Training, CPR and First Aid Certificates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three to five years of Volleyball head coaching experience at the high school varsity level is preferred but not required

• Demonstrate knowledge of the fundamental skills and techniques, as well as the advance techniques in the sport of Volleyball

• Demonstrate successful ability to teach, organize and supervise student athletes

• Demonstrate successful management and organizational skills

• Demonstrate successful ability to work with parent groups, administrators, staff and students
