Essential Job Functions:
The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Manage all formal QA document revisions in shared network drive folders (including maintaining document integrity and archiving older document revisions (i.e., superseded documents) and hard copy files as required.
- Manage and maintain all incoming QMS and Social audits for on time delivery and full compliance to QA requirements.
- Review audit non-compliances and prepare a summary of corrective actions required.
- Collaborate with ASO QA for updates on ASO-managed vendors but remain responsible for the overall status of Owned Brand vendor matrix compliance.
- Review with associated QA Engineer to align on vendor/factory status.
- Support monthly Safety & Quality leadership Meetings by providing audit & compliance status results to QA Managers.
- Use all existing tracking tools to analyze & interpret product incident data for trends and provide results team for discussion and next steps. Develop action delivery format for this task.
- Assist QA Engineer (upon request) for help in resolving incidents from customer service and PCCs.
- QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or QA Manger can identify the need for a new departmental SOP. QA Specialist is responsible for the formal creation of the SOP and documenting revisions according to Petco template, format & guidelines. Specialist should proactively interviewing appropriate QA Engineer or QA Manager to gain expertise & understanding for accurate written process flow.
- Manage entire Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Program to ensure all documentation is current, in compliance with current business practices and up to date.
- Review processes with QA Team annually to be sure changes are updated and shared out.
- Reformat pre-existing SOPs and associated forms to comply with approved templates.
- Lead QA Team Meetings on a rotating basis or as assigned.
- Serve as QA contact for SEDEX / SMETA audit & platform management. Process pre-approved Inspection Debit Notes /Invoices for payment.
- Special projects as assigned by Quality Manager.

$75,100.00 - $112,600.00Hourly or Salary Range will be reflected above. Exact rate of pay will be based on position, location, and experience level.
