Job Overview:
Peter Angelos Law, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Legal Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will manage the business and administrative aspects of the law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee non-attorney staff and assist them as needed
- Handle all HR functions
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm
- Firm marketing
- Manage the daily operations of information systems
- Manage equipment, supplies, office services, and facilities
- Participate in the strategic planning process with management to identify and accomplish organizational goals
- Assist with the firm’s budget
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or legal administration
- Marketing experience
- 4 years Human Resources knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with labor laws
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with a law firm
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Supervisory experience
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
