Job Overview:

Peter Angelos Law, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Legal Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will manage the business and administrative aspects of the law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee non-attorney staff and assist them as needed
  • Handle all HR functions
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Firm marketing
  • Manage the daily operations of information systems
  • Manage equipment, supplies, office services, and facilities
  • Participate in the strategic planning process with management to identify and accomplish organizational goals
  • Assist with the firm’s budget
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or legal administration
  • Marketing experience
  • 4 years Human Resources knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with a law firm
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Supervisory experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Teamwork skills
