PETERMAYER is seeking a Corporate Relocation Coordinator to assist with our office move. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who is looking for project management experience.
This is a short-term part-time position. Candidates need to be available 20-40 hours per week between now and the end of August.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the liaison between the agency and any moving services and outside vendors
- Arranging meetings with non-profit organizations for donation pick ups
- Tracking progress via spreadsheets
- Moving and organizing items at the office
- Filing, shredding and packing files
Qualifications
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, owners and vendors
- Ability to move items weighing 30lbs
